I have lived at Independence for almost a year and a half now. From day one, I loved the property. It's a very calm and serene community. There are such great amenities such as a pool/spa, fitness center, on-site laundry facility, and gated parking. Also this community is pet friendly. I have an English bulldog, and it was so difficult to find an apartment that would accepted him until I came to Independence. The office staff is very nice, and it seems like they care about the residents which is also a plus. They also have great maintenance. I just renewed my contract and I definitely have no regrets.

I moved here recently from Calabasas. I fell in love with the community instantly! It's very well maintained, and clean. All the amenities are great (especially the 24 hr. gym). The office staff is very polite, and professional as well. If I ever have any issues they handle my problems right away. I definitely feel right at home, considering I had to leave my beautiful condo in Calabasas. Overall this is a wonderful place to live!

Independence Plaza is in a convenient neighborhood with easy access to services (dry cleaner, restaurants, hair salon, market, major grocer, car wash and more very nearby). The staff here is great, maintenance request are completed right away. I love he knows me by name now. I love the resident events and my daughter won a great gift basket. I enjoy living here.

What I love about living here, is not only does the property management team take care of the grounds, they take care of any maintenance issues that arise. You aren't having to wait for days on end to get a response. They are quick to the draw and are working on any issue within a day of being called. That makes living here, well worth it to us.

The leasing staff is the reason why we chose this community as our home. Not only were they very knowledgeable about the property, they were willing to go the extra mile to help us understand the leasing and move – in process. We were always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. When touring a few of the apartments, we had quite a few questions that were answered honestly, which we have found to be a commendable trait in this process.
